BPSC HOD Eligibility Criteria 2025
For all engineering disciplines, candidates must have:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class at either B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech level (or both), AND
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry, including required years as Lecturer (Selection Grade-I/II depending on subject).
- Experience gained during Ph.D. will also be considered.
For Library & Information Science:
- Ph.D. with First Class in B.Lib/M.Lib or equivalent, OR both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Library & Information Science.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as Lecturer (Selection Grade-II).
