- Officer Scale-I: Graduation in any discipline (Preference to Agriculture, IT, Law, Management, etc.). Proficiency in local language + Computer knowledge.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years banking experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Relevant degree with 1–2 years experience (CA, Law, IT, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture).
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with 50% marks + 5 years banking experience.
